Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Monstercourses, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may request a refund.
1. Course Purchases

Once a course is purchased and access is granted, fees are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests will only be considered if:

There is a duplicate payment due to technical issues.

The user is unable to access the course due to technical errors from our side, and the issue cannot be resolved.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not permitted once the course content has been accessed.

If you have enrolled but have not accessed the course, you may raise a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refund timelines:

Razorpay Wallet / UPI / Netbanking: 5–7 business days.

Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 business days (depending on the bank).

5. Exceptions
