Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Monstercourses, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may request a refund.

1. Course Purchases

  • Once a course is purchased and access is granted, fees are generally non-refundable.

  • Refund requests will only be considered if:

    • There is a duplicate payment due to technical issues.

    • The user is unable to access the course due to technical errors from our side, and the issue cannot be resolved.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not permitted once the course content has been accessed.

  • If you have enrolled but have not accessed the course, you may raise a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Refund timelines:

    • Razorpay Wallet / UPI / Netbanking: 5–7 business days.

    • Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 business days (depending on the bank).
